Indian Super League franchise Kerala Blasters FC have announced that they have retained Nemanja Lakic-Pesic, Courage Pekuson and Keziron Kizito for the 2018/19 season.

The 27 year old Belgrade-born Nemanja Lakic-Pešic started his football with FK Rad in Belgrade. He made his professional debut with FK Donji Srem, where he stayed five seasons.

Nemanja Lakic-Pesic spend the more than a season with FK Radnicki Niš before joining Austrian First League, second tier, side Kapfenberger SV in the 2016/17 season. He was a regular in Austria and then moved for the first time outside of Europe with a free transfer to southern India to make 12 appearances in ISL-4

The 23 year old Ghanian Courage Pekuson is mainly an attacking left winger, who can also play on the right wing or if needed even in the middle of the park.

In the 2016/17 season Courage Pekuson played for Slovenian PrvaLiga (Slovenian First Football League) side FC Koper for whom he made 23 appearances scoring four goals before moving to India, where he made 16 appearances in ISL-4.

The 21 year old Ugandian international midfielder Keziron Kizito started his career with local side Vipers SC before moving to Kenyan side A.F.C. Leopards.

The Kerala Blasters wanted to have signed and played Keziron Kizito early in the 2017/18 season, but it was not possible due to numerous reasons and when they signed him, he brought much-needed stability to the Blasters midfield and they hope he would continue that way in the new season.
