Two Premier League fixtures that were due to be played on the weekend of April 24 will be rescheduled due to the EFL Cup final.
Tottenham Hotspur were due to visit Fulham FC, while Manchester City were set to host Southampton FC.
But both matches will now be rearranged as Tottenham Hotspur will be facing Manchester City in the EFL Cup final on Sunday, April 25.
