After the announcement of technical sponsorship in July 2020, FC Viktoria Plzen, a historic club in the Czech Republic, and Macron have unveiled the new jerseys that the “Viktorka” will wear in the next season, both in the domestic and international arena.
The “Home” shirt is red with three large blue vertical bands, inside which there is a particular geometric design. The neck is polo and blue and inside, the backneck is customized with the colors, the club crest and the phrase of the Czech team anthem (At the sile v’t’z’ Viktoria,. g’l at d’avi, g’on at st’l’ ! At st’l zhz’s Viktoria, my spolu zas dojdeme k céli). The back of the neck is printed in white with the acronym FCVP (FC Viktoria Plzen). On the chest on the right, in silicone print, the Macron Hero, logo of the Italian brand, left, heart side, the coat of arms of the company. The shorts are red with blue bands on the hips and thigh edges, the socks are red with blue top edge.
The “Away” version is white with blue polo neck with red edges, as red are the sleeve edges in knitwear. The backneck is customized with the colors, coat of arms and lyrics of the club anthem, while in the back neck is printed in blue the acronym FCVP. In the lower front of the shirt, in embossed graphics, tone on tone, is inserted the logo of FC Viktoria Plzen. On the chest on the right, in silicone, the Macron Hero, on the left the coat of arms of the club under which, in embossed graphics, appears the coat of arms of the city of Plzen. The kit is complemented by white shorts and white socks.
The new kits have been designed through a process of collaboration between the club and the design team of the Italian sports brand. Both have worked to ensure that the colours, symbols and history of the club are represented in the kits while also ensuring the technical performance quality that Macron is renowned for.
