Mizoram Premier League: Ramhlun North score 3 to keep up semifinal hopes!

Ramhlun North FC boosted their hopes of a semifinal place this season with a deserved 3-0 victory over Chanmari West FC in the Mizoram Premier League.

Goals from Lalmuansanga, Lalliansanga leh Harry Delono Harris Jr were more than enough to seal 3 points in a bright display.

Ramhlun North FC who have seemed to pick themselves up from a less than impressive first phase controlled proceedings early on and took the lead in the 13th minute through Lalmuansanga.

Chanmari West FC tried to hit back early on but could not muster up clear chances despite the best efforts from Thlamuana and striker Benjamin Cooper.

And it was Ramhlun North FC who grabbed their second of the game in the 35th minute. Lalliansanga applying the finishing touches from a ball delivered by Rosangliana.

Ramhlun North FC carried their momentum in the second half and could have scored more as midfielder Herry Delono Harris Jr. threatened while Lalliansanga was guilty of missing two good chances.

Chanmari West FC also drew saves from Lalremruata but they were ultimately undone when Harry Delono Harris Jr. scored his side’s third to ensure all three points.

Lalliansanga was named man of the match for his goalscoring shift.
