Mohammedan Sporting all geared up for U-16 Youth League – Final Round!

Mohammedan Sporting Club will start their Final Round campaign in the 2017 Nike Premier Cup (U-16 Youth League 2016-17 – Final Round) in Mumbai next week. Lead by the coach Murari Kar the team reached Mumbai this morning.

Having finished the Kolkata Zonal Round in second place with 21 points from 10 games, last year’s semifinalists Mohammedan Sporting will be hoping to better their performance this time around and are clubbed alongside Aizawl FC, Shillong Lajong FC and Youngsters FC in Group-B.

Mohammedan Sporting begins their campaign against Shillong Lajong on Wednesday, January 31 before facing Aizawl FC (February 2) and Youngsters FC (February 6). All the Group-B matches will be played at the Cooperage Football Stadium with the top team from each group qualifying for the knockout stage.
