MPL-7: All even in bottom clash between Bethlehem Vengthlang FC & Ramhlun North FC!

Mizoram Premier League bottom strugglers Bethlehem Vengthlang FC and Ramhlun North FC battled to an entertaining 2-2 draw in Round 6 at the AR Lammual.

With both teams on a point each before kickoff, they set out looking for a much needed win right from the whistle. Ramhlun North FC tested Bethlehem Vengthlang FC’s goalkeeper Eddie through Bamba Musah early on.

And Bethlehem Vengthlang FC returned the favour wuth T. Shalomlala and C. Tluanga also forced R. Lalnunmawia to make saves for Ramhlun North FC.

It was Bethlehem Vengthlang FC who struck first right before halftime when Laldinliana’s curler from outside the box found the net.

Ramhlun North FC came back level 12 minutes after the restart when Lalnunzama scored their first only for Bethlehem Vengthlang FC to retake the lead again when Lalchhuanpuia’s freekick found the head of Lalnunzama who powered it into the net.

But Bethlehem Vengthlang FC’s backline could not hold a determined opposition and Ramhlun North FC equalised yet again through Lalliansanga on the 75th minute in an even match up.
