Mulcahy & Dawson to speak at iSportconnect’s Hospitality Masterclass!

iSportconnect, the world’s largest global private network of sport business executives, has announced that David Mulcahy, Food Development & Innovation Director for Sodexo UK & Ireland, and Sodexo Brand Ambassador and England rugby World Cup winner Matt Dawson MBE, will be speaking at the 2018 Hospitality Masterclass.

The exclusive invitation-only event will be taking place on November 20 at The Crystal in London.

A highly respected chef with a wealth of industry experience, David is responsible for innovation, culinary development and culinary strategy at Sodexo. Together with his team, David drives and supports initiatives involving menu and offer development across the Sodexo business. He is active in promoting catering industry standards and was past National Chairman, and current Vice President of the Craft Guild of Chefs, the largest Chefs Association in the UK.

David has gained numerous awards on the national and international stage during his career including winning Culinary Olympic and World Cup Gold medals. He was awarded a prestigious Catey Award for Services to Foodservice and an Order of Merit, the Craft Guild of Chefs highest recognition award. Most recently, David was awarded the Freedom of The City of London at the Guildhall London for services to the Hospitality Industry.

Part of England’s legendary World Cup-winning side of 2003, Matt was appointed as a Sodexo ambassador in 2010 to help raise awareness of health and well-being issues and to lend support to a number of projects. With a keen interest in culinary development and food, Matt works across all of Sodexo’s business segments, supporting the company’s activities across the UK and Ireland.

Matt is also well known as a sports commentator for BBC Radio Five Live and as team captain on BBC’s flagship sports quiz, ‘A Question of Sport’.

Both David and Matt are the latest names to join the 2018 Hospitality Masterclass speaker lineup, which also includes:
