Indian Super League franchise Mumbai City FC have announced the signing of midfielder Th. Bipin Singh for the 2018/19 season from ISL rivals ATK.
23 year old Manipur-born Th. Bipin Singh played his youth career for Wafa Wangoi Club, Manipur Police SC before joining the Academy of Shillong Lajong FC.
It was on December 22, 2012 that Bipin Singh made his professional debut for Shillong Lajong FC in the I-League against ONGC. Bipin would stay with Lajong FC until 2017 with him being a regular first eleven player in his last couple of seasons with the club.
Former ISL champions ATK signed Bipin Singh in the 2017 ISL draft, but only was able to play four games, scoring two goals for the time hwo had a terrible campaign.
Now Mumbai City FC will hope to get the best out of the young Manipuri attacking midfielder.
