Indian Super League franchise Mumbai City FC will host a special Fan Park event where fans will be treated to the live screening of the first ISL semifinal; Atlético de Kolkata vs. Mumbai City FC on Saturday, December 10, 2016 to provide a stadium-like experience, at the Mumbai Football Arena from 5pm to 9pm.
A first-of its kind by an ISL franchise at a home stadium, this live screening for fans is a non-ticketed, free entry for all event from Gate 1. The club will offer fans in Mumbai a lifetime experience to watch the broadcast of the first-leg of the semifinals, on a giant screen.
The event will be held on the concourse of the stadium with music, food and beverage stalls, along with a dedicated merchandising area where the team’s products will be sold, to create an exciting and fun-filled atmosphere for the fans.
Indranil Das Blah, CEO of Mumbai City FC said, “We are excited to have the first of its kind screening at the Mumbai Football Arena for the first leg of our semifinals v/s Kolkata. The people of Mumbai have supported us through two turbulent seasons, and we thought a screening like this would create a great atmosphere for the supporters to enjoy our first ever semifinal match.”
