Mumbai City FC to organise the first ever PopUp Grassroots League in Mumbai!

Mumbai City FCIndian Super League franchise Mumbai City FC is organising the first-ever PopUp Grassroots League for teams from around Mumbai and everyone is invited.

The one-day tournament is being organised for Under-12 teams (kids born on or after 01/01/2005), with the matches being played at Fr. Agnel’s Ground in Vashi on Sunday, June 19.

The tournament will consist of 16 teams, divided into four groups of four, and each team should consist of 10 players (5 starting + 5 substitutes). Every team will play in 3 group stage matches, which will be held between 10am to 2pm.

The top team from each group will qualify for the semifinals. The winners of the semifinals will go on to play in the finals and the losing teams in the semifinals will play in the 3rd place playoff match. The knockout stage matches will be held between 3pm to 5pm.

Each match will be of two 20 minutes halves.
