Mumbai City FC sign young midfielder Raynier Fernandes!

Indian Super League franchise Mumbai City FC have announced the signing of talented midfielder Raynier Fernandes for the 2018/19 season.

22 year old Mumbai-born Raynier Fernandes started his football in the Mumbai Football League, where he got a break with former I-League side Air India in the MDFA Elite Division in 2014.

After two seasons with the Airmen and representing Maharashtra in the 2016 Santosh Trophy, Raynier Fernandes that summer signed for Kolkata giants Mohun Bagan AC. As a youngster he needed time, was given chances in the Calcutta Football League and in the 2017/18 season before a first team regular in the CFL and I-League.

Now Raynier Fernandes returns to Mumbai, where he will hope to debut in the Indian Super League for Mumbai City FC.
