Mumbai-based Kenkre FC have announced the signing of Uzbekistan centre-back Samandar Ochilov for the remainder of the 2022/23 season.
27 year old Samandar Ochilov, who was born in Uzbekistan, in his youth played for Akademia Bunyodkor Tashkent, Akademia Pakhtakor Tashkent and Akademia Nasaf Qarshi.
It was at Nasaf Qarshi that Samandar Ochilov made his senior debut before going on to play for FK Oqtepa and then at FK Khujand in Tajikistan.
Now Samandar Ochilov moves to India to join I-League side Kenkre FC, who will hope that he can strengthen their defence.
