Nepal to host two friendlies in Kathmandu against India in September!

The All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) earlier today announced that the Nepali national football team will play two friendly matches against the Indian national football team on September 2 and 5 at the Dasharath Stadium in Kathmandu.

The friendlies have been confirmed by both the All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) and their counterparts All India Football Federation (AIFF).

The two national teams have faced each other in 19 occasions with India winning on 13 occasions, while Nepal have scored two wins over the rivals.

The two teams will use these friendlies as preparations for the upcoming 2021 SAFF Championships, which are set to be held later in September.
