Guwahati City FC (GCFC) is all set to start its second Football School in the city of Guwahati, as it partnered with state’s first ever FIFA approved turf ‘Game On Arena’ for a dedicated grassroots training facility.
The admissions for the new GCFC Football School are open now for 4 to 12 year old kids and for both boys and girls. The training at the artificial turf will be done under the observation of AFC and AIFF Licensed coaches of the club and special emphasis will be given to provide our girls equal opportunity to play and learn the game.
Focus will also be to sensitize kids about gender equality from childhood along with modern grassroots training program, give them opportunity to play in competitive tournaments like Greater Guwahati Baby League and promote the promising kids to the GCFC Youth teams.
