Officially crowned English Premier League champions last weekend, Manchester City FC will warm up for today’s match wearing a special-edition commemorative jersey inspired by the club’s fans.
The ensuing design features a heritage sash in two colours, light blue and maroon, that pays homage to the 2017/18 home and away strips. “Champions 2017/18” reads above the chest, and the word “CITYZENS” appears across the front of the jersey, honoring the MCFC faithful.
The back is emblazoned with the names of all first team players who contributed to the 17/18 title win.
