Philipp Max to stay at Eintracht Frankfurt!

Eintracht Frankfurt have activated the purchase option for the left-back, who has signed a permanent contract with the Eagles until June 30, 2026.

After two and a half years at PSV Eindhoven, the 29-year-old returned to the Bundesliga on the final day of the January transfer window. Max has made 13 appearances for Eintracht Frankfurt so far, playing the full duration in more than half of them. The activation of the purchase option sees his contract extended until the end of the 2025/26 campaign.

The left-back has recently been out of action due to a thigh injury but has now fully recovered and is available to head coach Oliver Glasner for the remaining two matches of the season.
