RoundGlass Punjab FC have made another signing in experienced striker Jiten Murmu ahead of the 2020/21 I-League season which is set to kick-off on Saturday, January 9.
26 year old Bengal-born Jiten Murmu has come through the ranks East Bengal Club Academy, where he also made his senior debut for the red and gold.
Thereafter Jiten went to play for the other Kolkata Maidan giants in Mohammedan Sporting and Mohun Bagan AC. Thereafter he played for Peerless SC (twice) and Mohammedan Sporting again before turning out for Bhowanipore FC in the 2020 I-League qualifiers.
An excited Jiten Murmu on joining RG Punjab FC said, “I am delighted to join RoundGlass Punjab FC and looking forward having an exciting season ahead.”
