Ronaldo Oliviera scored in the 4th, 53rd and 74th minute to hand Salgaocar FC Juniors a big 3-0 win against Sesa Football Academy, which was played at Sesa’s own backyard in the GFA First Division.
The first leg between the two had ended in a goalless draw, played at Ambelim then.
It was in the 4th minute that Sanson Pereira send a long ball deep into Sesa Football Academy territory, Ronaldo made a good dash to the ball and lobbed his shot over an onrushing goalkeeper beating him with pace and calmness to give Salgaocar’s an early lead.
The second goal was scored in the second half when Ronaldo and Stephen showed good wall pass technique beating three Sesa Football Academy defenders straight up and Ronaldo placing far to the second post leaving the keeper with no chance. Ronaldo completed his hattrick with a good solo effort and firing home with a clinical strike making it his third and giving Salgaocar Juniors all the three points they deserved on the day.
