The historic Stafford Challenge Cup is set to return after a 30 year break as the Karnataka State Football Association are set to organise the tournament from Thursday, February 23 to Monday; amcrh 6 at the Bangalore Football Stadium.
A total of 15 teams will be participating in the competition with Indian Super League and I-League sides sending the reserves to the competition besides local Bangalore Super Division sides taking part.
The 11 teams have been divided into three groups of four teams and a group of three teams with the top side in each group making it to the semifinals.
