Bundesliga side VfL Wolfsburg and former Germany international Max Kruse have mutually agreed to part ways and terminate the striker’s contract.
“In open and honest talks, we came to the agreement that this is the best solution for all involved. We wish Max all the best for the future,” said VfL Wolfsburg sporting director Marcel Schäfer.
Max Kruse had earlier in the 2022/23 season been removed from the Wolves squad by head coach Nico Kovac.
