Dates and venue confirmed for Soccerex USA 2019 in Miami!

Soccerex has confirmed that they will be returning to Miami in 2019, for the second Soccerex USA event, which will take place on November 21/22 at the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort in partnership with GACP Sports.

With a focus on the growth of soccer across the Americas, the two-day soccer business event is expected to attract over 2,000 senior industry figures to the renowned five-star resort in South Florida and is again held with the participation of the Confederation of North, Central American and Caribbean Association Football (Concacaf), Major League Soccer (MLS) and the Mexican Football Federation (FMF) and the United States Soccer Federation (USSF).
Located in Aventura, a short drive from both the city’s International Airport and Downtown Miami, JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort offers a range of luxury facilities for Soccerex delegates, including two championship golf courses, and is recognised on Travel + Leisure’s “World’s Best Resorts” list.

The inaugural Soccerex USA, held in 2018, saw Soccerex return to the US for the first time in almost two decades, committing to the region at a crucial point in the industry’s development following the success of the united Canada, Mexico and United States bid to secure the FIFA World CupTM 2026. The 2019 edition of the event will allow experts to discuss plans for the tournament plus look back on the United States’ hosting of the 2019 CONCACAF Gold Cup.

Soccerex USA in Miami will take place shortly after the 2019 MLS season has reached its climax, providing an opportunity for all member clubs to reflect on the season’s business and a platform for the city’s expansion franchise, Inter Miami CF to showcase their preparations ahead of their entry into the competition in 2020.

Commenting on the announcement of the event plans, Soccerex Co-Founder & CEO, Rita Revie commented, “We are thrilled to be back in Miami and to be holding Soccerex USA in such a beautiful resort. As we saw in 2018, with its connections to South & Central America and its huge international appeal, Miami is an amazing venue for our event and I was delighted with how the city and the market across the Americas really got on board with what we are trying to achieve here. I am looking forward to working with Concacaf, MLS and all our partners in delivering something even better at the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry resort in November!”
