Indian Super League franchise Delhi Dynamos FC have announced that their Academy product Ankit Bhuyan has been handed a professional contract.
The 18 year old Ankit Bhuyan last season played for the Delhi Dynamos Under-18 teams with him likely to be only a back-up to the senior goalkeepers Albino Gomes and Arshdeep Singh with likely to get game time for the Delhi Dynamos Reserves.
For the Delhi Dynamos, Ankit Bhuyan is the third youth player to transition from the youth to the senior team after defender Shubham Sarangi and striker Seiminmang Manchong.
We are happy to announce that our U-18 goalkeeper, Ankit Bhuyan today signed up for the senior team.
Another product of our youth setup, Ankit follows the likes of Shubham Sarangi and Seiminmang Manchong to graduate from the youth team to the main squad. #RoarWithTheLions pic.twitter.com/VKsffIwjp6— Delhi Dynamos FC (@DelhiDynamos) July 17, 2019
