1.FC Heidenheim & MHP extend partnership until 2027!

Since July 2021, the management and IT consultancy MHP, a subsidiary of Porsche AG based in Ludwigsburg, has been the main and jersey sponsor of 1.FC Heidenheim and the trusted partnership as “Excellent Team Players” will thus be continued.

“This early contract extension with MHP as our main and jersey sponsor is a great signal for the next three years. We are extremely pleased about this consistency at the top of our FCH sponsor family, which has more than 550 partners,” said Holger Sanwald, FCH CEO, emphasising the importance of the commitment to 1.FC Heidenheim 1846 and adding: “It makes us proud and ideally goes hand in hand with our FCH philosophy that we will continue to wear a sustainably grown global player from Baden-Württemberg on the chest of our jerseys.”

Dr. Ralf Hofmann, co-founder and CEO of MHP, explains: “In football, there are sponsors and there are partners. 1. FC Heidenheim 1846 is a very good fit for us as a partner. For us, too, values and attributes such as continuity, reliability, success, steady growth, seriousness and teamwork are elementary in a partnership. I am pleased that we are continuing on our path together with our contract extension with FCH.”

Special highlights are last year’s second division championship and the associated historically first promotion to the Bundesliga as well as the current season. In addition to the professional team, MHP is also present on the chest of the women’s and girls’ teams, all youth teams and eFootball as part of the joint partnership. In addition, MHP naturally has extensive TV-relevant advertising services in the Voith Arena, for example on the video boards, static advertising boards, soft riders next to the goals and cam carpets as well as logo presence on the teamwear. Prominent integrations on the FCH social media channels, an advertising presence in the Sparkassen BusinessClub and CSR activities such as support for holiday football camps round off the service package.

“Very cooperative, goal- and value-oriented, passionate and successful: With qualities like these, 1. FC Heidenheim perfectly complements our MHP Teamsport family. Together, we have already achieved a great deal. And as a proud partner, we are very much looking forward to continuing our successful partnership as ‘Excellent Team Players’ for at least another three years,” says Ingo Guttenson, Director Head of Brand Strategy, Sponsoring & CSR at MHP.

Jochen Kreiten, FCH Head of Key Account, Merchandising & eSports, adds: “We would like to thank MHP for the excellent, trusting cooperation over the past three years. Together, we have already been able to develop and implement a lot in the area of sponsorship activation in recent seasons. All the more reason for us to look forward to the future with MHP!”
