CONCACAF has announced that the 2023 CONCACAF Gold Cup Final, to be played on July 16 at SoFi Stadium in the Los Angeles metropolitan area, is officially sold out. The Final, featuring the men’s senior national teams of Mexico and Panama, is scheduled for 7:30 pm ET (4:30 pm local).
Mexico will be seeking a record ninth CONCACAF Gold Cup crown (1993, 1996, 1998, 2003, 2009, 2011, 2015, 2019), while Panama will attempt to become the first Central American nation to lift the CONCACAF Gold Cup trophy. Sunday’s contest marks the 11th time that Mexico has appeared in the CONCACAF Gold Cup Final, while Panama is appearing in their third Final (2005 and 2013), the most of any Central American country.
As part of the day’s festivities of the Final, fans with tickets are invited to arrive early to avoid traffic and long waits and stop by the official Fan Zone presented by Toyota. The Fan Zone will feature appearances from former players, the CONCACAF Gold Cup trophy, giveaways, and interactive games. The Fan Zone will open at noon and is located on the upper and lower plaza inside gates 9A and 10B.
Fans should also prepare to be entertained by a live performance of the CONCACAF Gold Cup’s Official Anthem, “NO ES SOLO UN JUEGO”, which represents the spirit of the XYZ Generations and celebrates the rhythm of the CONCACAF region. The anthem will be performed as part of the Final’s opening ceremony by renowned Universal Music artists Adriel Favela, Lasso, Chiquis, and Oriana.
Fans in 141 countries will be able to enjoy the Final through the Confederation’s TV partner networks, including Fox Sports | Tubi (USA-English), Univision | TUDN | ViX (USA-Spanish), Televisa | ViX and TV Azteca (Mexico), OneSoccer (Canada), and ESPN | Star+ (Caribbean, Central America, South America, Netherlands, and Sub-Saharan Africa).
