25,000 spectators now allowed for Bayern Munich home games!

On Tuesday, February 15, the Bavarian state government decided to further relax rules regarding spectator capacities at sporting events. This will affect FC Bayern Munich’s home games at the Allianz Arena.

As per the government’s decision, a capacity limit of 50% will apply from February 17, with 25,000 spectators permitted as a maximum. Previously, a maximum of 15,000 spectators were allowed. In addition, the 2G rule (vaccinated or recovered) applies to admission, not the 2G+ rule as was in place previously. Wearing an FFP2 mask requirement still applies.

Julian Nagelsmann’s team will play their next Bundesliga home match on Sunday, February 20, at 3:30pm CET against SpVgg Greuther Fürth.
