Wolverhampton Wanderers has launched the 2023/24 season away kit, featuring a pattern inspired by Mediterranean architecture.
The new red away strip will provide Wolves’ southern European players with a taste of home as they head on their travels this season thanks to the bespoke Castore design.
Inspired by the geometric architecture and tile patterns found around the Iberian Peninsula, the striking pattern and colour will give Wolves a fresh look for the new campaign.
Further inspiration came from the club’s popular third kit from the 2020/21 season, worn in the memorable away Premier League wins against Leeds United and Fulham, which was Wolves’ best-selling kit of all time.
As has been the case for the last few seasons, the 2023/24 away kit will be available in both pro, matching that which the players will wear, and the more affordable replica version.
Fronted by the club’s principal partner AstroPay and featuring new branding on the sleeves from 6686 Sports, the shirts will be accompanied by matching red shorts and socks.
The shirts enjoy a round neck collar, set in sleeve construction and a ribbed cuff, as well as a contrast colour on the shoulder, gold piping and a woven gold and black Wolves crest, to provide an eye-catching strip.
Differing on the pro shirts to the replica versions are laser cut holes under the arms and on back to provide maximum breathability, allowing supporters to train like the professionals.
