The Jamshedpur U-18 boys got the better of Sports Hostel Odisha as they emerged victorious with a 1-0 scoreline. Playing at home, the young colts from Jamshedpur FC registered a hard-fought victory in the U-18 Youth League.
Lalboilen Kilong scored the winner for the hosts. The Tinplate Ground in Jamshedpur witnessed a close encounter with clear-cut chances coming hard by for both the sides. At the end, it was the home side which grabbed all the three points, courtesy of a well-timed hit from Kilong.
With this win, Jamshedpur FC top their group with 11 points from five matches. The young side also have a healthy goal difference of +6. The U18 side has won three games out of five and have drawn the remaining games to stay unbeaten in their group so far.
