Former I-League champions Minerva Punjab FC conducted trials for its Under-18 team on Satuday, June 29 at their home turf in Mohali. The trial was particularly meant for selecting players for its U-18 team which will defend its crown in the upcoming 2019/20 Hero Elite League and for the upcoming Punjab Super League.
The trials kicked off at 7am in the morning with around 250 players. Minerva Punjab FC’s AFC certified coaches were present at the trials and monitored the whole process. At the end of the day a total of 12 players got shortlisted for the U-18 squad of Minerva Punjab FC.
