The merger between Indian Super League franchise ATK and I-League giants Mohun Bagan has been decided. The merger will see ATK hold 80% of the newly formed entity while Mohun Bagan will own rest of the 20% shares.
This means that the newly formed club will be a part of the Indian Super League from the 2020/21 season onwards.
