The IFA – CRA Referee Academy on Saturday, March 26 launched their second year batch of referees in Kolkata.
The Indian Football Association (IFA) honorary secretary Joydeep Mukherjee inaugurated the second year curriculum at the CRA tent on Saturday.
IFA joint secretary Sufal Ranjan Giri, Rakesh Jhan, Nazrul Islam and Calcutta Referee Association (CRA) secretary Udayan Haldar were present.
75 students are participating in the IFA – CRA Referee Academy. Apart from the Kolkata zone, other zones of the academy will be opened in Jhargram, Burdwan, Chakdaha and Siliguri in the coming days, the CRA secretary said.
The IFA – CRA Referee Academy duration of the course is one year.
