The 10-day AFC Futsal Level 1 Course was opened by Lebanon Football Association Second Vice-President Ahmad Kamareddine, who firstly thanked the AFC for the support in organising the course which will help spread the knowledge of the game.
e also encouraged the 15 participants to give their best throughout the course.
“The Futsal Committee is doing a great job and launching the game all over the country in the best way, and believes that the game has a bright future with the new generation of players and coaches that has helped the country reach new heights in Asia,” Kamareddine added.
Lebanon’s Bank of Beirut recently finished third in the 2018 AFC Futsal Club Championship in Indonesia, while the Lebanese futsal national team reached the quarterfinals of the 2018 AFC Futsal Championship – Chinese Taipei in February.
