The Bundesliga 2 match between Holstein Kiel and Hannover 96 scheduled for this Friday, March 19 cannot be held as planned.
The game is to be rescheduled as both clubs’ professional teams have been ordered by the responsible health authorities to self-isolate at home due to cases of COVID-19. The two clubs’ encounters last weekend – Hannover 96 against FC Würzburger Kickers and 1. FC Heidenheim 1846 against Holstein Kiel – were cancelled for the same reason.
New dates for the matches will be announced soon.
