Chinglensana Singh joins Bengaluru FC from Hyderabad FC!

Bengaluru FC have strengthened their defence with the signing of experienced defender Chinglensana Singh from Hyderabad FC on a five and a half year contract until summer 2029.

Chinglensana Singh was available in the transfer market due to the financial woes of Hyderabad FC and after clearance by the AIFF player status committee, Sana could move to Bengaluru FC on a free transfer.

27 year old Chinglensana ‘Sana’ Singh Konsham, who is born in Manipur, in his youth played locally before playing with the youth sides of Mahindra United, Air India and Tata Football Academy.

Chinglensana Singh then moved back to the Northeast and joined Shillong Lajong FC, where he would also make his senior level debut in the I-League.

Chinglensana Singh spend time on loan with Delhi Dynamos before joining FC Goa, where he spend three seasons.

In summer 2020, Chinglensana Singh moved to Hyderabad FC and it was there were he made his breakthrough, where he became a Starting XI regular and even made his India debut.

Now Chinglensana Singh moves to Bengaluru FC on a long-term contract.
