German kitmaker ERIMA on Friday, July 15 launched the new home, away and third kits of German Bundesliga side 1.FC Köln for the 2016/17 season.
The new kits launched under the motto ‘Classic FC’, have traditional colours and select fabrics which help to create a more classic look of the new collection.
High-quality materials, a stylish design and the typical colours of 1.FC Köln ensure a classic look of the new FC-collection 2016/17. The traditionally white home kit has been refined with stripes in light gray. The away kit is as usual maintained in red and the third kit comes in an understated anthracite, while the goalkeepers come in either in red or dark red.
This ‘Classic FC’ look is aided by the choice of materials. The jerseys are made of a blend fabric, the appearance of classic cotton gives them through a special weaving technique, but with the pleasant feel of fast-drying functional polyester.
Special accents have been given through additional elements of the design of the player jerseys in FC style. The logos of the clubs and the kit partner ERIMA are finely embroidered. The neck area both inside and outside the lettering ‘1. FC Köln – Noticeably different’ (‘1.FC Köln – Spürbar anders’) incorporated. In addition, a narrow band with the logo of the 1. FC Köln runs along the side seam. The ERIMA quality label with hologram and individual serial number makes each shirt unique.
