Highly anticipated, here are the official home and away jerseys for the 2022/23 season of Asante Kotoko SC, one of the most famous and successful clubs in Ghanaian football.
The uniforms aim to enhance Ghana’s rich cultural heritage to the fullest: the result is an explosion of color and grit. With a bright red base, round neck and white sleeve border, and enhanced by the tone-on-tone repetition from the hedgehog, the club’s symbol, the first uniform features Osei Tutu II, the direct successor to the founder of the Ashanti Empire, Otumfuo Osei Tutu I, as the absolute star.
Same graphic layout for the away jersey, which in this case, features on a green background with an original tone-on-tone spiral graphic, complemented by black neck and sleeve edging. With a semi-fitted fit, both uniforms are made with Mundial fabric, whose breathability complements the characteristics of this “second-skin” effect yarn that is ideal for supporting performance in competition.
