Classic design joins forces with the continuous search for new ideas in the 2020/21 Grimsby Town FC kits, created yet again by Erreà Sport, the Club’s technical sponsor.
In observance of tradition, the home shirt confirms the traditional pattern of vertical stripes (which this season have been inverted to white on black) and the black sleeves.
Graphical movement is given to the top of the white stripes by breaking them down into fine white lines, an effect repeated on the back of the shirt and which creates an alternating chevron with an almost 3-dimensional look. A distinct white V-neck replaces last season’s polo collar with the white trim repeated along the edges of the ribbed sleeves featuring a thin red band.
The “away” shirt again comes in a beautiful shade of blue tending towards petrol highlighted by an original graphic design which gives the shirt an elegant and sophisticated look. The speckles on the fabric create a shaded pattern for a modern and eye-catching effect.
The third shirt, in a delicate shade of coral combined with finishing touches in blue, such as the edges along the sleeves and the polo collar with central band, is totally unique. The main feature is the central section with its V-shaped graduated lines. The result is a nuanced tone-on-tone effect.
The semi-fitted cut of the three shirts and the technical fabric from which they are made are a perfect combination. Particularly soft and light, the fabric naturally follows the movements of the body, guaranteeing maximum breathability and comfort.
