The Football Association of Odisha (FAO) with profound grief and shock, the Office Bearers and its Members in deep sorrow and condolence on the sad and untimely demise of Dilip Kumar Mazumdar who breathed his last on Thursday at his Bhubaneswar residence. He was 80 years old.
He had the honour of representing Odisha state team in the National Senior Men Football Championship for the Santosh Trophy. He had also represented many prestigious football clubs of Odisha state.
He was also a hockey player for Odisha state.
He was an employee of BSNL, Odisha. He survived by his wife, two sons and two daughters.
