FC Pune CityIndian Super League franchise FC Pune City continue to rebuild their squad with the signing of young goalkeeper Vishal Kaith and talented winger Zodingliana Ralte for the third edition of the ISL.

“Having had the chance to assess the various players we already have on board, we were able to identify the characteristics and positions needed to strengthen the squad. In both Ralte and Kaith we are filling up the jigsaw puzzle with the right pieces. I can’t wait until all of them start training with us,” newly-appointed head coach Antonio Habas said in a club statement.

Zodingliana Ralte played for NorthEast United FC in the inaugural ISL in 2014 and for Delhi Dynamos FC in 2015 and again moves to another ISL franchise by joining FC Pune City this year. To bolster their goalkeeping options talented Vishal Kaith will join the squad alongside seasoned Arindam Bhattacharya. Kaith was picked by the All India Football Federation to play for the India Under-16 and U-19 national sides, while also being a part of the AIFF Elite Academy in 2013, where for a year he honed his skills and he was eventually picked up by Shillong Lajong FC for whom he successfully played the last season of the I-League.
