The Football Association of Odisha (FAO) successfully inaugurated at the Unit – 1 High School Ground, Bhubaneswar, Unit – 6 Ground Bhubaneswar, Chandipur, and Balasore.
The Grassroots centres will be run by Bhubaneswar District Athletic Association and the Balasore District Athletic Association under the aegis of Football Association of Odisha.
Suresh Kumar Routray (MLA, Jatani, Odisha), Sourya Ranjan Parija (Secretary, Bhubaneswar DAA), Mohammed Shahid Jabbar (Joint Secretary, FAO), Surjit Ghosh (Technical Director, FAO), Shadeb Rout (Chairman Women’s Committee, FAO) and other members of Bhubaneswar DAA were the present for the inauguration of the Bhubaneswar Grassroots Centre (Unit-1).
Nilu Mohapatra (Additional District Magistrate, Balasore) Abhaya Mohapatra (Working President, Balasore DAA) and Adhip Das (General Secretary, Balasore DAA) were present for the inauguration of the Balasore Grassroots Centre in Chandipur.
