Lammers moved on to play for Jong PSV and then the PSV Eindhoven first team. He spend time on loan at SC Heerenveen before moving to Atalanta Bergamo, but with limited playing time, he spend time on loan with Eintracht Frankfurt, FC Empoli and Sampdoria Genoa before moving to Glasgow Rangers.
