Head coach Adi Hütter extends Eintracht Frankfurt contract until 2023!

Adi Hütter is set to remain in charge of Eintracht Frankfurt beyond the end of this season after the 50-year-old signed a two-year contract extension with the club, taking it from June 30, 2021 until June 30, 2023. Assistant coaches Christian Peintinger and Armin Reutershahn have also committed their futures to the Eagles for the next three years.

“We continue to rely on continuity and stability in this important role, and we know what we have in our coaching team,” said Eintracht board member Fredi Bobic. “Adi Hütter showed last season in particular that he and his team are capable of overcoming difficult situations. We’re certain we can continue to improve Eintracht in sporting terms over the coming years and feel we’re well set for the future.”

“In the past two years we’ve achieved a lot together here,” commented Hütter. “I’m incredibly happy here in the wonderful city of Frankfurt and at Eintracht, where we want to continue our positive development. Particularly last season when things weren’t always going so well, I felt I had people’s full support. That’s very important for me, as is the opportunity to keep working as part of a very well-oiled coaching team. We’re looking forward to the future, and in particular to playing at our wonderful stadium in front of our fantastic supporters again.”
