The I-League organisers have reacted to the prevailing heatwave conditions in West Bengal and have adjusted their scheduling of the upcoming matches in both the Championship and Relegation Round.
The I-League has switched the afternoon 3pm kick-offs in the Championship Round to a day earlier and an 8pm kick-off.
Meanwhile the 3pm kick-offs in the Relegation round have been pushed by an hour to 4pm as accomodating so many matches is also an issue for the organisers.
Teams have been complaining in recent days about the excessive heat in the afternoons in Naihati and Kalyani with the Football Players Association of India (FPAI) even coming out with an official statement to request the I-League organisers to shift their matches to later kick-offs

But the schedule of the final rounds is still pending on the league table.
