Ipswich Town have been promoted to the Premier League.
This Saturday afternoon’s 2-0 victory over Huddersfield Town secured automatic promotion to the top flight, in what was Kieran McKenna’s side’s first season of Championship football after securing promotion from League One a year ago.
The Blues finish the season second in the Championship on a tally of 96 points, scoring 92 league goals along the way.
During the course of the 46-game league season, the Blues won 28 of their matches, drew 12 and lost only six on their way to automatic promotion.
Promotion was secured in front of a packed Portman Road home ground, with Wes Burns and Omari Hutchinson scoring the goals to raise the roof.
