ISL champions ATK replace injured Carl Baker with Ryan Taylor!

Defending Indian Super League champions ATK have signed Ryan Taylor fro England as a replacement for the injured fellow countryman Carl Baker.

33 year old Liverpool-born Ryan Taylor can play as a full-back and midfielder, played a few matches for the England Under-21s and he started his youth career with Tranmere Rovers, where he also made his professional debut.

After three years at senior level, Ryan Taylor left Tranmere for Wigan Athletic and spend four seasons with them. Thereafter in 2009 he joined Newcastle United, spending six seasons at the club.

Ryan Taylor then spend a year with Hull City AFC before having numerous trials and then signing for Port Vale FC in the 2016/17 season. Now he leaves English shores to join ATK with the franchise bottom of the ISL.

“I am very excited to play for ATK. I know ATK has a huge fan following who share a high level of passion for their team. I will give my best, for the team and we will get back to winning ways,” said Taylor.
