iSportconnect serves up another successful Hospitality Masterclass!

iSportconnect, the world’s largest global private network of sport business executives, is celebrating after hosting another successful Hospitality Masterclass on Tuesday, November 20.

In partnership with Siemens and Sodexo, the exclusive invitation-only event took place within the exquisite surroundings of The Crystal in London.

Guest speakers included Alexis Gros-Piron (Head of Hospitality, Ticketing & Spectator Experience, IOC), David Mulcahy (Food Development & Innovation Director, Sodexo), Paul Samuels (Executive VP, Global Partnerships, AEG Europe), Robert Colegate (Head of Hospitality, Formula E), Jonathan Parker (Director of Food & Beverage, Ascot), John Rhodes (Director of Sports + Recreation + Entertainment, HOK), Mark Bradley (Director, The Fan Experience Company) and Alan Gilpin(COO & Head of Rugby World Cup).

This year’s Hospitality Masterclass was divided into four main panels: Defining Excellence in the Customer Experience, Hospitality Food & Drink Trends, Stadium & Arena Venues of the Future and Delivering Sustainable Events.

The event proved to be extremely successful with attending delegates from many leading global brands, teams and federations including ITF, LaLiga, ECB, AELTC, KPMG, AC Milan FC, European Tour, Liverpool FC, Harlequins RFC and World Archery.
