Kerala Blasters’ Adrian Luna to miss Super Cup!

Kerala Blasters’ Uruguayan maestro Adrian Luna is set to miss the Super Cup for his club due to personal reasons.

Kerala Blasters stated on a social media post

The club would like to inform its fans that Adrian Luna has been granted leave for personal reasons. As a result, he will not be participating in the upcoming edition of the Hero Super Cup.

We understand the importance of this competition, but we respect Adrian’s need for time away from the team. We wish him all the best and hope to have him back with us soon.

Kerala Blasters are in Group A of the Super Cup, where they will face Bengaluru FC, RoundGlass Punjab FC, and the winner of Qualifier 1. The opener will be against RoundGlass Punjab FC on April 8 at the EMS Stadium in Kozhikode.

Without Adrian Luna, Kerala Blasters will have five foreigners to choose from in Marko Leskovic, Victor Mongil, Ivan Kalyuzhnyi, Dimitrios Diamantakos, and Apostolos Giannou.

I wish and hope that Adrian Luna and his family are fine after all that happened last year.
