Kerala Blasters face Jamshedpur FC in a game for three points!

After a dramatic start to the week at The Furnace, Jamshedpur FC will face Kerala Blasters FC tomorrow night.

The opening fixture of Indian Super League (ISL) 2019-20 saw the Kerala Blasters pick up their only victory of the season (vs ATK) yet. Eelco Schattorie’s men have been on a winless streak since October 20. The hosts of the upcoming fixture have settled for three draws, and lost three of their seven matches that they have played in the sixth edition of the ISL. Next, they welcome Jamshedpur FC to their home soil, a team that has been unbeaten at home this season, and has lost only one of their seven fixtures in ISL 2019-20 (vs ATK).

Numerous relevant factors to look forward to as the team heads into the fixture with soaring morale. Familiar faces will welcome Jamshedpur FC to ‘God’s own Country’ when Sergio Cidoncha and Mario Arques face their former club in new colours. On the other hand, Jamshedpur FC forward, CK Vineeth will take a trip down memory lane when he steps foot at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Kochi, a competitive venue for the traveling teams courtesy the atmosphere created by the passionate home fans.

Though Kerala Blasters FC have managed to net only six goals in their seven matches, the youngsters in the side have displayed signs of promise and have impressed not only their head coach, but the fans as well. And tomorrow night will surely be a thrilling one as Antonio Iriondo’s men will have to fight with all their might for the three points at stake against a sea of yellow.
