Lemon Break Sports & Be Pro Football (Spain) to hold training camp in Mumbai!

lemon-break-sports-be-pro-footballIn association with Be Pro Football of Spain a training program hosted by Mumbai’s Lemon Break Sports will be held in the upcoming Christmas holidays (December 26 to 31) to promote grassroots football for children aged between 6 to 16 of age to produce technically sound players who can compete at the highest level of football in the country.

The aim of the camp is to give more emphasis on conducting training sessions which involve tactical and technical periodisation and all the drills which involve the use of a football. This camp is set to deliver something which the students in India have never experienced. With the use of technology like GPS Vests and Video Analysis which is unheard of in India at youth level, the kids will get a chance to hone their skills and abilities with the use of such state-of-the-art technologies.

In detail it will be a six-day intensive training program which will start on Monday, December 26 morning, continues during the week and ends on Saturday afternoon with two Technical Training Sessions per day (Morning and Afternoon), which includes physical part and tactical class with video analysis on each day. Part of the field training program will be GPS tracked for players performance monitoring, followed by detailed analysis of data. Resting time between training sessions will be filled by themed discussions about injury prevention and nutrition. Some important parts of the training program conducted by Lemon Break Sports are Sport Science and Tactics.

Lemon Break Sports is looking at the response they will garner as they plan to have these camps twice a year and also one or two kids will get a chance to go to Spain and train for 10 days with Spanish La Liga 2 side CF Cordoba from April 25 to May 5, 2017 with the help of Be Pro Football.
