Macron & Canadian Premier League reveal the new 2020 away kits!

Following the presentation of the Home jerseys back in February 2020, the Canadian Premier League teams and Macron have unveiled the away kits that the eight teams will wear.

Black is the colour that unites all the jerseys and forms the base of what is the league’s City Edition kits. Each jersey, with its own rich and unique detailing calls out the city of the team and means that no matter where each team goes they will bring part of their home with them.

FC Edmonton carries a splash of colour which produces the outline of the Parliament building, not to mention the Rally Rabbit on the rear. HFX Wanderers have taken inspiration from their crest and have the Angus Macdonald bridge. Pacific FC call out their origins with the symbolic Fisgard lighthouse. Valour FC use their club colours to produce an outline of the city skyline. York FC have taken the geography of their home and transplanted it to the jersey with a map of York Region in neon green. Cavalry FC have created a graphical representation of the mountains and lakes surrounding Calgary. Atletico Ottawa, the leagues newest team, show their status as the nation’s capital with a design of Parliament Hill and Peace Tower. Lastly, Forge FC, the reigning champions have taken the Gore Park Fountain form their hometown and stylised it in flames to represent the symbol of the club.

Each jersey carries the Macron Hero logo on the right side of the chest while the club logo sits on the left, over the heart. The motto of the league, “We are MANY we are ONE” is also present on each jersey.
