Kolkata giants and 2016 Federation Cup winners Mohun Bagan AC this morning kicked-off their pre-season training at their Kolkata Maidan ground.
Assistant Coach Shankarlal Chakraborty will be in charge of the team in the Calcutta Football League and he took the session which started with an introduction, then a brief warm-up and physical training before there was a 9-A-Side game.
Chief Coach Sanjoy Sen will take charge from the I-League onwards was present in today’s training session along with the clubs three Technical Committee Members – Satyajit Chatterjee, Compton Dutta and Shibaji Banerjee besides club officials president Swapan Sadhan Bose, Srinjoy Bose, Debashis Dutta, Uttam Saha and others.
18 players were present in today’s morning session and amongst them were trialists Ajaypal Singh (Tata Football Academy) and Simranjit Singh (Minerva Academy FC) while midfielder Vikram Gill and goalkeeper Shibinraj will join on trial in the coming days.
Further Robinson Singh, Kean Lewis and Sanjay Balmuchu will be joining the squad within the next few days.
